Epoch Elevator is an independent, veteran-owned small business based in the Raleigh–Durham area, delivering vertical transportation equipment and service across North and South Carolina.
Because we aren't tied to a single manufacturer, we service and install non-proprietary equipment and build every maintenance program around your building — not a factory service schedule. Customization is our game, from cab finishes to controller configuration.
We're proud NAEC (National Association of Elevator Contractors) members, and every technician on our team is trained and certified before they ever step into your building.
Skilled and certified mechanics and technicians on every job.
Repairs and service backed by warranty, including LTW on qualifying elevators.
24-hour service available upon request, at no extra cost to you.
The best value in the Carolinas — straightforward quotes, no surprises.
